Exceptional

The Breakfast and Dinner were very good and delicious, nice bar area to watch a game,drink a cold beer and were open late.

This was my second stay at the hotel. Unfortunately this was not as pleasant as my first stay. The whole floor in which my room was located it smelled as if they had mixed in cleaning chemicals and they had fans going on to air out the smell. That smell transferred over to our room. Fortunately we only stayed for one night. The room in general was not as clean as I would have expected for the price that we booked it for.

When we go to Disneyland, this is the only hotel we stay at. The rooms are always clean and staff is always helpful!

Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfy beds. Loved the Starbucks on site. Great location if visiting Disney. We will stay here again!

this is a great property, but the showers have very slippery tubs in which i slipped and fell. so be careful

All good and amazing to stay

We loved our stay here with our kids. definitely family-friendly. The Starbucks on property is so convenient, and the bus to the parks and back were great. We usually stay in a normal room, but we opted for the kids suite this time, and it was definitely worth it.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. However, it would be beneficial for staff to have a greater knowledge of the City, including its attractions and points of interest. The breakfast was very good, though offering a wider variety of options would further enhance the experience.

I have to say this is probably my favorite place to stay in Anaheim now! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is outstanding and it was wonderful to have a full Starbucks in the lobby every morning!

This was the perfect close to home getaway for a night. A chance to sneak away without the kids and enjoy each other’s company. The hotel is beautiful and has tons to offer. Food, Bar, amenities and it’s close to a lot of other food possibilities as well as activities. We will be coming back in the future.

Very good

I was very impressed by this Hotel. The Valet was right on point. The Starbucks had mobile order so our drinks were ready as soon as we got downstairs. We did Disneyland 2 days in a row, so the ease of the in and out was amazing. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. Getting our luggage to and from was perfect as well. I can't praise this hotel enough. We will be staying here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We booked last minute for my son's birthday trip to Disneyland and it was great. We enjoyed the rec room/pickleball, the movie in the pool that evening and the restaurants in the lobby. Less than 15 minutes from Disneyland, it was all of the amenities without the crazy crowds or costs. High recommend!
