We checked in to the room, and asked about breakfast. Was told that breakfast would be served between 6-9am. Was only provided with 1 room key. The luggage cart had flat tires. The elevator needs some maintenance, as the buttons would get stuck down, and the floor numbers display wasn’t working. It’s a 100% non-smoking hotel, however everywhere smelled of either smoke or some kind of musky stench. The wood floors on our 3rd floor room were mushy, like there were holes beneath the flooring. The beds were very hard and the bedding looked dirty. The shower head was spraying water from the threads of the shower head onto the wall which created black mold and a soggy wall by the shower head. The shower curtain looked moldy. Breakfast was prepackaged tiny muffins, coffee, and stale cereal from a dispenser. There were also roaches in the bathroom that we had to kill. Will not be booking here again.

Non stop fire alarms needed batteries.. door handles didn’t work.. lights on elevator don’t work for buttons so you had zero idea what floor you were at or if the button you pushed worked.. this place is next to ending its time as a hotel.. and good it needs to either be better maintained or go away.

The room was the somewhat clean area in the entire hotel. This hotel is HORRIBLE! Junk cars om blocks in parking lot, people sleeping in cars, trash everywhere. Cigarettes butts all over the parking lot and near the entry. The breakfast was non existent. The cereal was old, there was no milk and the only other option was a stale danish. The coffee was old and the cream was actually spoiled. When I mentioned it the clerk they seemed unconcerned. I cannot believe Wyndham has thier name on this place and Booking.com promotes it. Awful!!
