I always stay here when I come to the dallas area. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. Parking is safe and well lighted. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable along with the pillows. Great water pressure in the shower too. Breakfast is pretty good, love the pancak havent used the pool yet so i dont know anything about that. Lobby is really nice. Has a pool table and alot of seating and TV's to watch down there.

The lady who prepared the early weekend breakfast was very accommodating to us... Even though we had a 7 a.m. tee time, we arrived early to take care of us... thank you..

It was a nice place but reminds of a college dorm and could be a little better breakfast

The gentleman name Richard at the first desk customer service was A+. He showed that he care with of a couple of issues I had and made sure thing were corrected . He was very approachable and every time we went out to shop or go to dinner when we return he made us feel like we were home and like a part of his family making sure our day was good . He should do some training for the other employee there .

Air conditioning very loud The soap/ lotion dispensers leaked and were not full. Too scaled down and rooms very barren Not enough room to place personal items bedside. I will not be staying at a Tru Hotel again.
