I couldn’t even write a review for this place because when we walked in at 8:30 PM, they told us that they had canceled our reservation because they had no cleaning staff. They never called, they didn’t try to call and they told us that there was nothing they could do. So at 8:30 PM with my two children I was left to try to find alternative housing. The front desk person didn’t stand up when we walked in and did not seem to even care about the situation, we were now placed in.

We were arriving late and tried to call to let them know as the website stated, but no one answered repeatedly. We arrived with children after midnight not knowing if we had a room, luckily we checked in But were told the staff will put the phones on silent. We woke up for breakfast which was sparce at best, no plates, juices were out and the one staff member watched us while we ate so he could start clearing the buffet even though it runs u til 10:00 on weekends, it was currently 8:45. The tv remote was taped together, but no worries, the tvs had no signal anyway. I tried calling the front desk and no answer. I walked down there and asked him about it and he confirmed, TVs don’t work, he can’t help in any way with any complaints because he works one day a week and there is no manager on duty u til the next day. The pool was green, surrounded by broken chairs and random pool tools, the couch was torn on the edges, shower was filthy and wouldn’t drain and ceiling covered in mold. There was also a quite impressive booger farm on the wall next to the bed as well as holes in the curtains. Save your money and skip this dump.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They only have one luggage cart and the lady had to go find it. There is a hole in the wall from the door. We let them know immediately so I wouldn't get charged for something we did not do. She said she k ew. We then found an open can of jalapeños in the fridge. There was old coffee in the coffee maker. My daughter found a red pill on the floor. One of the lamps flashed on and off constantly. The bathroom sink was plugged. We didn't even have enough towels for the 4 of us i made the reservation for. We were told there wasn't any and they were being washed. If we would have waited we would have been late for check out. They didn't have plates for the breakfast and some people had to get their own plates. I seriously was so frustrated because every time we tried talking to them about these issues they wouldn't listen and started speaking in their language. The phone doesn't work either for you to call the front desk. When checking out the guy wouldn't even get out of his chair and off his phone ro acknowledge me. Tried telling him but he didn't look at me or say anything. I don't think they deserve 1 star. I probabl even forgot things

The room had a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom that was dripping water. They gave me another room which had an odor and the TV did not work. Breakfast had a very poor selection.

Property has no cable tv for weeks they have roaches crack heads strippers and everything in between staying there the rooms where not cleaned

The check in process was the worst I ever experienced. She never acknowledged me, took forever to check me in and seemed bothered that I was even there. The cable was out for the entire weekend. The room stank...either BO or cumin.

The room was musty and humid. Stunk like flea killer. Floor was slick from who knows what. Bathroom light was falling down as was the shower curtain. And the whole bathroom was moldy on the ceiling and walls. The breakfast o paid extra for was horrid

2. When arriving to my floor, the lobby carpet had a pungent odor and multiple stains right in front of the elevator. 3. When I arrived to the room, it smelled of of smoke (although it was supposed to be smoke free), there was dried up food on the wall, a large reddish/brown stain on the carpet, a faint yellowish stain on the comforter and and a stain on the dresser. 4. The indoor pool was green and had a hand written sign stating out of order. This was a misrepresentation because one of the main reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. But there was nothing stating beforehand that the pool was out of order.

Had to change rooms TWICE due to a mold/urine smell. Furniture was dusty, smelly, and dirty. Door knobs weren't on closets, bathroom was fully outdated and had mold spots on ceiling. Housekeeping cleaned the surface. Pool was green. Never returning.

A total disaster. Gross smell when walking down the hall. Only one working elevator from the 1800s. Pool was covered in so much algae and this was shown on their listing as open pool. Make sure to inspect your room we found damage in the first 10 minutes in the room and shower was sad and no hand soap for sink. Floor had stains and AC soaked the carpet nearby. One day filthy brown smeared towels were left outside the door in the hall way. Breakfast was included fine but not really that enticing. Would skip this one until they improve a lot.

Blood and holes on sheets Dirty

I can’t take shower because I’m not a chicken to be cooked in boiling water. No laundry No towels I was there for soccer tournament and everybody still dirty everyday because this situation of the shower.

We had a huge rain storm and our room being on the top floor developed a leak. Maintenance was there very quickly to check and the front desk moved me to an upgraded room for the rest of my stay. I don't expect nothing to go wrong but the way a business handles things when they go wrong makes a big difference. I am happy with how my stay went.

Room was filthy. Had to move to another room. Tub didn’t drain. TV’s didn’t work. Electricity went off in the morning. No one told us what was going on. No one at the front desk to talk to, so left my key on the counter. I checked out a day early.

Well the paint was piling off the wall in bathroom the smoke detector was loose with no battery. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed for maintenance and the cable was working before booking the room

I have never felt more uncomfortable staying somewhere in my entire life. No efforts were made to fix any issues. Staff had no desire to help, nor make anything right with their guests.

The room has been surfaced cleaned, but not thoroughly cleaned. Dusty was on everything on the walls, the beside table drawer was not cleaned (you could tell bugs had been in there), and all the furniture has bad stains on it. I wouldn’t stay again.

Room door was nearly impossible to open and close. Had to lift the whole door up against the hinge side.
