The cleanliness of not only my room but also the facilities

Check in was easy and the staff member who checked me in was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The shower was nice and warm and the bathroom was also very clean. The only issue was the room smelled quite strongly like dog, which I suppose makes sense since it is pet friendly there.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites Chicago- Glenview on 9-3-26 and 9-4-26, checking out 9-5 Saturday morning. My husband and I stayed in the KING suite, rm 109. It smelled like bleach when we walked in. While that was not ideal, it was tolerable. What was really difficult was the loud noise of some kind of air compressor that was in a utility room next to this room or behind our wall. It made sleeping really difficult. My elderly mother stayed in rm 301 on the same dates. Her shower/ bathtub had no friction tape so she felt like she could not use the shower safely. She informed the front desk about this, but they state that she would only complain by calling an 800 number. The positives - the breakfast was great- the usual eggs and sausage plus some wrapped breakfast sandwiches plus the carbs (which I didn't eat) but my husband loved. The dining atmosphere was comfortable and cheery. The staff was helpful, especially the guy at the front desk who prevented the girl from charging us for an extra day when we informed that we weren't intending to stay for the extra day we had originally booked. This hotel is in a beautiful and serene setting and is kept very clean. I would recommend staying here but checking out the safety features such as the bathtub surface and where loud equipment is located.

突然發生停水問題. 店家主管沒有誠意解決

The older Asian gentleman who helps during breakfast is awesome! He makes it a point to interact with guests, he picks up our dirty plates, he joked around and played with my son's. The guy made the stay that much better. He deserves a raise! 😀

At the time of booking that room was my only option so I did thinking not a big deal since literally hotel was closer to where i needed to be over the weekend.IThe handicap room smelled weird (-almost like a hospital-rehab) . The shower yes handicapped but then the water was outside the shower floor and have to mopped and in general it was not nice , I asked to be moved twice and both times denied .

The location is excellent for anything in the North Shore with easy access to the Edens and 294. It is very run down and dated. It definitely needs to be refreshed and updated. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I need to file a complaint. My room was 2 hours late from being ready, keys didn’t work properly, and one bath didn’t have shampoo
