They had clean room, brakefast was ok.

First room(non-smoking) smelled TERRIBLE. Every person who abuses the non-smoking policy should be charge another night. Wanted my money back but it was prepaid. I’ll never do that again.
-
Lovely setting by the river. Great room size for 2 people traveling on business. Has the feel of a cheaper place, but we were quite comfortable!
-
I requestwd an ADA room. I got an old refurbbed room. The toilet was a small potty mushroom of low height. It was impossible to get from the rest of the room to the bathroom in my ADA compliant 48" X 24" wheelchair without having to rise out and do a i legged hop to the Bath. The little drugstore plastic shower chair was real scary. No weight or use instructions were on the chair. The continental breakfast was a joke. Still-nice people, but We won't book again. Way overpriced for what You get

Room was spacious and clean. The staff was well trained, professional and friendly. The breakfast was well done. The location was slightly tricky to get to but was right on the Colorado River and had lovely landscaping and a walking path.
-
In order to have your room clean you have to request it not use to that for a hotel, tried to enjoy the hot tub as that was a selling point on picking this hotel and there were 10 kids being loud like screaming loud, told the staff and nothing was done so went back to the room tried to go back an hour later kids were still there being loud went back to room and gave up.

Loved the table outside by the river. There were crumbs on our chair in our room. The pool and hot tub and breakfast were small for the price of the hotel stay.

I would be hesitant to stay here again. The breakfast was not great. Only open until 9am even on weekends and they will shut the doors on you even when you are still eating. Only basic eggs, meat, toast and waffles and not sure they are not left from day before. They were mopping the lobby floors during checkout time, making them slippery. The couch and chair in the room are very uncomfortable. The bed however was very nice and the blackout blinds were great. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub almost to hot. There floor in same area was not clean at all. Finally you can't see the river from the windows for the trees even though it is on the river.

Horrible expedience on breakfast rooms ac all was bad
-
Nice and clean
-
The other issue is that the door opens so hard i had to lean into it. I’m 6 foot and 195 lbs. it probably takes 2 cleaning gals to open it.

A lot of question to the property and Expedia regarding this booking

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the hotel. The only things I would suggest improving are the shampoo and conditioner, which felt a little harsh on my hair, and the breakfast hours. It would be nice if breakfast could be extended until 11:00 AM for guests who prefer to sleep in a little. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

Good location near everything we needed. Our room smelt of cigarettes for the 2 days that we were there. We couldn’t see the view of the river as the windows were smeary. The breakfast was very basic, the worst we had throughout our 10 days travelling. When these points were brought up with the manager, he refused to admit that our room smelt once he had been up there (we probably weakened the smell by getting ready and spraying ourselves and the room) and therefore refused to give us a discount. He also claimed that the breakfast was a standard breakfast, however the other quality inn we stayed in was 10 times better.
