Very poor

I liked the room. It was clean upon arrival and I had a corner room which had two windows and a lot of daylight. I had a king room that was spacious and the microwave and refrigerator were useful. What I didn’t like was that I only had hot water one morning of my 3-night stay. That was the only morning I was able to take a shower, and at that only with the hot water knob turned fully on. Although I was supposed to get housekeeping once during my stay, I received no room cleaning. There were no tissues in the bathroom and only one very small shampoo for my 3-nights, which didn’t matter as I could only shower once due to the lack of hot water. It would have been helpful to have had more than one washcloth for my stay. Also, I was issued a parking pass to hang on my rear view mirror, which showed my room number. I didn’t like that because as a single woman traveling alone, anyone who would have seen me in the parking lot could have easily seen what room I was in. But the rate was cheap, so what did I expect? It is doubtful that I will stay there again.

Super dirty from top to bottom. Only thing clean was the bed. Wore my shoes until I jumped into bed. Maidservice came and I said I wasn't ready yet. She didnt come back that day or the next... Had to ask... Cold shower 1 day. OH AND Toilet paper roll was 4 feet away... laughable!

The room smelled like pets have stayed there, which makes sense since the property does allow pets for a fee…. But that fee should be used to clean up after the potential messes of pets. There were dark stains in the carpet of the room I was in which I hope were only old accidents from previous pets. The first night I stayed after flying from the east coast I went to shower and the water was barely room temp. I let it run for an another 5 minutes and then called the front desk. They told me I need to let it run for 15-20 minutes (I don’t even take that long of a shower) so I questioned if that’s normal and he flatly told me that the building I was assigned was just farther from the water heater. I also brought up the stains, odor, and the fact that the tub felt squishy but he just stay silent. I was very frustrated and luckily had a friend in the area that let me use her shower for the rest of my trip. It would’ve stayed elsewhere if I had know the property was not kept up with.

The young lady at the check in was very nice and courteous, and there were cute Halloween decorations in the lobby. That is my only good thing about this hotel. When you walk into the hotel it had an odor of stale cigarettes. Not a good start. We get to the room and the cleaning people left the vacuum and cleaning supplies in room. And again the room smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was not what it looked like on the website. We did get moved to a new room but when we got moved to the new room it was just dirty, the rug the walls in the bathroom, like someone smeared something on them. And the elevators were out of service. So we ended up checking out and getting a full refund.

Run down LaQuinta sold to Wyndham recently. Bathtub bottom was another color than the rest of the tub. Large black bug in bathroom. Extremely low toilet. Worn towels. Would not stay again until renovated.

The gal behind the counter was great and very accommodating however the remote didn't work so I had to switch rooms and the new room had an air conditioner that whined constantly a high pitch noise no matter what you set it to. And room was not completely clean - smudges and fingerprints here and there. Way too overpriced for what you get

The room was full of bed bugs and I had to move out. I have hundreds of bites. Filthy place

Upon my arrival I was told I need to pay for my stay which I had already paid on Expedia. I had to then call Expedia to get resolution. Was assigned room 249, upon importation the AC wall unit was separate from the wall exposing the outdoor. We were moved to room 151, the deadbolt did not work, no hairdryer, and no remote for the TV. A couple arrived after I checked in and they also had payment issues upon arrive which the staff was unable to resolve and the couple left. The grout around the tub, sink and counter tops was peeling away, the carpet was discolored and felt dirty. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

I was fooled by the lobby which appeared renovated and updated and the person at the front desk was friendly. Unfortunately as soon as we stepped into the room I knew we could not stay there. The room smelled strongly of urine, the bedding was stained and covered in hairs, the bathroom light did not function and the HVAC register was falling out of the ceiling. We did not bother asking for a new room as we had zero expectations of it being any better. All in all it was 0/5 and a complete waste of money. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express nearby and had a much better experience.

We left before breakfast ! We have gps so it was easy to find! Everything was great!

Light in the bathroom didn't work. Had to shower in the dark. The cold handle in the shower needed muscle to get it to turn on. Had to turn fridge off and on several times to get it to work

It’s basically what you’re expecting for a travel lodge. Could be cheaper. Didn’t look like a motel in the pictures.
