Location Room stunk of smoke

We had a very clean and peaceful stay

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet.

The security locks on your door we’re very impressive The sheets on your bed were rough and scratchy. Unacceptable. I would probably not stay again due to the lack of quality in your sheets. Have maintenance replace the tub caulking, which is moldy rm 413.

Clean rooms, staff very helpful and friendly, well lit parking area.

Very nice and clean.

The bedding was so clean and fluffy and welcoming! I slept soundly. Basic hotel breakfast with attentive staff.

The air conditioner was too loud and the window was only able to open very little. The air conditioner was so loud we tuned it off but then we couldn't get enough outside air to keep the room cool.

The staff was terrific. We had to leave early, before breakfast, but we were given some food to go. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was near the airport.

Clean the stair wells. The smoke detector went off at 1:30AM, no way to stop the beeping. Ugh.

The hot tub was not working and our room smelled like marijuana and no coffee filter basket so we couldn’t make coffee in our room front desk didn’t care…I won’t stay here again

Well, the only issue i had was my neighbor room stayed up till approximately 11pm and they had the tv on very very loud to the point I could hear it in my room. I dont know if that's the insulation between rooms or just someone that can't hear. But we got past it. Otherwise everything was good.

Everything was lovely and clean. Very enjoyable stay. Happy with everything

We arrived early at our destination and were able to check in early before 3pm. The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. It was so nice to stay at a hotel that had such a friendly and accommodating and caring staff. Thank-you and great job!

The window could not be opened for more than 2 inches because a stopper was screwed in. Felt like we were in a high crime area with obsolete old fan and air conditioner. Could not sleep well at this place, unacceptable.

Traveled with our dog. They were very easy to work with. The room was nice.
