Homewood Suites By Hilton Grand Prairie At Epiccentral

Location

The location, the room, the friendliness, the cleanliness… everything was chefs kiss. 100/10

The staff readiness to help. The bar tenders were excellent.

Great

Hotel was great. Rooms were clean and very nice!

Location was great. Other than that he room was stale, bed was hard, pillows were terrible, and the A/C as it would cut off during the night and took too long to come back on.My wife was up and down most of the night trying to keep it running.

Great location Hard to find parking had to use valet parking

We had a great time...

Wonderful, clean and in safe area. Restaurants close by were great

The hotel is very good. Parking is an issue especially if you arrive after 9pm. The Epic Central takes a majority of the parking later at night and you have to park underground. No elevator just stairs or walking up the ramp. They do offer valet parking however we just wanted be able to pull up and find a parking space.

The friendly staff, the beautiful grounds and the water fountains were nice

Valet parking is available for $20. The parking lot fills up fast, especially on the weekends with the hotel being in the center of all the restaurants and activities. There is a parking garage close by to park after checking in. I stayed on the seventh floor, the view was beautiful and the room was very clean. I had a one bedroom suite that had two queen beds and a sofa pullout in the living room area. For privacy purposes, there is a door that you can close off from the living room area if you’re using that space for sleeping purposes. Hotel is very quiet even what the family reunion going on. They are for elevators there so you don’t have to wait long to get where you need to be. There is a bar on site, and breakfast daily in the morning time swimming pool is outside and it is close to a walking area if you care to take a stroll in the evening along the lake where people go fishing. Beautiful property. I would definitely recommend it.

Property was exquisite- services, amenities including breakfast. We enjoyed our stay

Area and overall hotel experience.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a great area. Highly recommend.

Just horrible !!

Passable

Great place to stay will stay again

Other than that. Hotel staff was helpful when needed. Breakfast was good. However Sunday morning the staff wasn’t prepared for the number of guests and kept running out of food and silverware/plates.

Everything was amazing
