Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. I needed to wash & dry clothes and they provided that service free of charge. I felt like they cared about my comfort and wanted to help if possible. It was service that made my stay so enjoyable! Location was good, but could have been closer to more of a variety of restaurants.

2. Carpeting in the rooms were stained and there was a smell to the room as well. You could tell there was another scent that was trying to cover it, but it was still there. 3. The cleaning staff only straightened the rooms. When I got to my room there were food reminants on the floor so I knew immediately the room was never vacuumed the entire time of my stay. 4, The Wireless service was not working most of the time. 5. The ice machine on my floor was out of order and the one on the 1st floor had black bits coming out with the ice, indicating that it needed to be cleaned or the filter needed replacing. 6. There was hair on the vanity, desks and in the shower (I am bald so i know it was not mine) 7. The breakfast, left a lot to be desired. The mixed fruit had a sour taste to it, making it inedible. The pancakes were dry.

Could have had better breakfast. Eggs were very salty and not a good variety to choose from. Waffles could be added and strawberry jelly.

The property itself needs a major upgrade from the corridors to the rooms. The corridors and elevator lobby carpet was filthy and had several stains. The carpet in rooms is in almost the same condition and the room smelled like it had a high humidity/moisture trapped inside. The staff was great though but the property NEEDS renovations!!

No one was at the front desk when we arrived and we even called the front desk number and it just rang forever. We waited 10-15 minutes for someone to finally appear. There was a stain on the blanket on one of the beds. While getting ready for the day before check out, there was no water and could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. So no shower, not able to brush teeth, etc. There was no water for almost an hour and then it was time to check out. Very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness.

Hotel's price did not equate to amenities or decor of room. Room fixtures and bathroom was outdated.

Repair second elevator to speed up getting to your floor.

We understood it just acquired a new owner. Give them some time to get it up and running properly and I like it will be great. Staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The a/c in the room did not cool the room. No microwave in the room. The bathroom was tiny. No plugs to charge phone by the beds. Lights didn’t work

Everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good!

Great Staff

It was close to the venue. The desk attendant during the day locked us out of our room. The room was hot & not clean.... the carpet was dirty! The bathroom was dirty & the tub didn't drain properly. I paid over $200 to stay in a nasty room & couldn't shower!

It was amazing. The breakfast was very complete in the staff was extremely helpful.
