i’ll start with the pros, the room was very clean and pretty modern. this is non negotiable for me so i’m satisfied there. now the cons. the worst one was the noise. i was placed on the first floor, right next to one of the side entrances where i could hear people coming in and going out at all hours of the night. the slams were so loud it literally sounded like my room door. not to mention the staircase is there as well, so when someone chose to use that it was incredibly loud as well. the walls are super thin so i could also hear my neighbors. i didn’t get much sleep on this stay. the pillows literally felt like they had rocks in them. i specifically chose this hotel because it had an EV charger, which of course wasn’t working for the entirety of my stay. oh and the tv remote barely worked. it was a culmination of many downsides that kept adding up, with not being able to actually sleep at my hotel being the most egregious one.

Good location if you are trying to go to Texas Trust CU theater. Great and friendly staff. Clean room, and Wifi was decent. Plenty of packing.

Room was clean. Comfortable. Wish there were a couple extra pillows in the closet. We could have called down but it was already late. But no big deal. We slept well. Our door in the particular room we stayed, didn't shut properly. We had to really slam it (which was so loud so we didn't) or pull it super hard to get it to latch. We were glad we noticed before we left for our event for the evening. Or it would have not been locked. And we almost didn't get it to latch for the night. but it finally did. That room should be looked at. Can't exactly remember but I do believe it was room 424. We were 4th floor. Even # room. by the ice machine. Might be time for some new pillows.

Very clean great location close to Six Flags. Good parking. The only thing I wish they did was change the bed sheets since the ones in my room had a stain. Other than that it was a great place and breakfast included which is a plus. I will definitely come again.

Bed and pillows were too firm. Many pillows, so it would have been nice to have some of them be softer. Room and bathroom were clean. Despite being close to the interstate, not noisy.

Great front desk service

Smelled like smoke in the hallway and in the room

Yes, I ask housekeeping for services, she never did.

Beautiful place to stay. Convenient to where we needed to be. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms very comfy. My only complaint is that the tiles and the tub in the bathroom were were very slick and there are no hand rails. I fell getting out of the bathtub and got banged up pretty good. After that happened my grown daughter said she had noticed it was slick the night before. I am not sure if all rooms jave the dark brown tile in the rooms but it would inhibit me from staying again.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Beds were very comfortable but pillows weren’t. Plenty of parking No problems encountered The room booked through a 3rd party was right behind the hotel elevators which were noisy. Laquita could not provide a receipt upon checkout for the room.
