Hyatt Regency Green Bay

A beautiful hotel! They are currently working on a remodel, which I hope doesn't take away the charm and character of this beautiful place. Any flaws I saw were cosmetic and I assume will be addressed by the remodel or were caused by careless guests that were getting a little too rowdy during a wedding that happened during our stay.

The staff was not very accommodating and, unfortunately, seemed to have very little concern about our experience or the issues we encountered. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, service, and overall quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and we would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Place definitely needs a carpet change and a little more cleaning

Our room was clean and well taken care of. The swimming area was awesome, we enjoyed the hot tub very much.

It was a little upsetting to go to such a upstanding hotel to be disappointed. When we got into our room that was assigned to us the bed was not made the bathroom was used someone clearly was in here and staying in there. We went down we informed the clerk and instead of getting an upgrade or any type of compensation for me and my family of five to have that moment and a high cost Hotel nothing was done so that was upsetting and this may be why we don't choose to stay in fancy hotels. We couldn't even get bottles of water because we weren't Premier gas even after we got checked into a used dirty room. So this is my review hopefully someone takes it seriously so no one else has to go through this.

Great location. A really nice pool area and atrium.

The rooms have not been updated in many years. All chocolate brown . . . carpet, curtains, furniture, etc. Furniture is worn, especially case goods. Carpet not clean. Windows not clean. Just not a good experience.

Enjoyed the seperate bedroom/living room setup. Hotel itself was cute and charming. Loved the glass elevators! Pool had a cute kids splash pad. Coffee shop was good too! You could hear everyone in atrium talking, and the elevator dinging as well as room doors opening/closing from inside our room. They were remodeling the floor beneath us so we were woken up with that noise

Nice hotel but the bathroom was super small. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly.
