The accommodation in the room Staff was very rude very mean people they discriminate against certain people especially if you have pets they are not pet friendly

Passable

The staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were well-cleaned and mostly comfortable. Too many people loitering around the lot. The outside doors slam loudly. Lots of banging doors from rooms as well. Dogs are allowed, but for a daily fee *and* an extra $100 deposit that you are unlikely to get back. They are also not allowed on the beds/furniture, and if there us any hair at all from the dog, including hair that may have been tracked from the floor, you will not get any of your "pet deposit" back. Also, the sheets do not fit the bed properly. The pockets are not deep enough to stay on the mattress, so they bunch up while you sleep, and you will end up on the bare mattress.

Not well maintained. They charge $100 for deposit, and the room was only $60. No towels in the bathroom and front desk didn't have any.

i was booked for a late arival and got there about 9:30 the p[ace was locked up and no one was there, i later found out my reservation was cancled!!!!

It is basically a property that people live full-time in and although I was not bothered by any of the transient surroundings, my father really never quite felt comfortable due to everyone hanging out outside all the time, like one would at home. Water pressure was not good and the towels did nothing in way of drying one off….a paper towel would have worked better.

Clean room, great price, just enough space for what we needed with the kitchen all we needed. The bed was maybe a little too hard to get into it was high from the floor. I’m a little short so I got a small step stool to get into the bed. But it all worked out

The room was very clean, but my room was not ready at check-in. And there was wet paint on the door. The window, and I was on the ground floor, did not lock and it had a stick keeping it closed. Plus someone came by my first night rattling the window - that’s how I found out about the stick. Being a single female traveler that is a no for me. Plus the last night people have no sense of that they are in a hotel. On the Sunday night I was there right above me the occupants were up all night running and dropping things along with slamming doors. There was never anyone at the front desk - you had to call. Will never stay there again. Oh and if you wanted dishes you had to rent them at $100 a pop. I mean really? That was why I stayed there - for the kitchen that I couldn’t use.

I was not impressed by the breakfast. There were dark spots on the sink area and the mirror (thinking it could've been mold), plus there was a crack in the flooring.

All I'll say is you get what you pay for!!! I would not advise you to stay there. Spend the extra few dollars to get something decent.

Stayed for over a month, it's located in a decent spot everything is practically in walking distance. The room I had was pretty nice, the fridge wasn't the best but far from the worst. Laundry was a bit expensive imo and one machine leaked and one dryer was out of order. I rate my overall stay a solid 4 out of 5. It's says non smoking that's all I can say about that.
