Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville - Downtown by IHG

Superb

The hotel staff was great! The bathroom is due for some maintenance, trim was missing, tub drain was clogged, we were standing in water up to our ankles when we showered and the toilet paper holder was broken. Room was very dark, lighting is very poor.

No complaints! A lovely stay

Location Breakfast

I was impressed with the daily breakfast. And happy that it lasted until 9:30 in the morning. The room was nice with adequate space to hang up my clothes. They have daily cleaning service. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would easily stay here again.

Nice rooms and premises. We brought our pup and there is a good area with pooop bags. Breakfast serves it’s purpose.

Very good

The staff was the best! Helpful and friendly making everyone feel welcomed! Property appears older but clean. Lighting in the bathroom was meh. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Rodney was a delight! I enjoyed my stay!

Exceptional

Exceptional

Location was great. Room was clean. Free coffee 24/7. Staff was professional and friendly. Always ready to help. Breakfast was ok. Limited healthy options. But the workers really tried to keep up with everyone. Buffet style. Free parking was convenient. Free laundry across the stress was another great perk. Overall 8/10 for our three day stay with our family. Everything was clean and nice but you can tell things are slowly aging. AC, handles, tiles, silicone, etc. but overall it was good. Definitely needs some upgrades in the next few years. The workers are trying to keep up. That’s it.

Nice place to stay in Greenville.

Staff very friendly No bathroom exhaust fan.

Thank for your service. The rooms were very accommodating.

Great staff and clean room is all you need to make your trip a lot easier and this place provided that.

Staff were very helpful. Gym was good. Breakfast was usual standard. Bed mattress needs replacing.

The person checking us in at front desk Jordan) was so friendly and kind.

Everything you expect from a Holiday Inn

Great location and helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. We had an ok time but it was extremely loud. We had difficulty with checking in when we arrived. At midnight the lobby was so loud we could not hear the receptionist. It was also 11:30 at night. Then when we finally got into our room, we could not sleep. It was so loud. It was almost 1 am and the neighbors were talking loud. It was a combination of being able to hear straight through the wall and loud environment.
