The general manager was very welcoming to a recent guest. As I had stayed there previously. The staff goes out of there way to make sure you feel welcomed. Blanca is always so sweet and nice. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent hotel. Thank you so much.

Good, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed for a whole week, got a very good rate, would recommend it to anyone coming to spend time in the Denver area.

Unfortunately the room had a really bad musk smell, there were no room turn overs for 3 nights, so no trash was taken or new towels brought up. The breakfast was good, there were two elevators that weren’t working well and one that didn’t press the floor that was needed.

Checked in. Room was foul. Absolutely gross. Property was poorly maintained. The clerk was helpfull and refunded our stay and we went elsewhere. If your staying in DTC stay at the Hilton embassy suits down the road. This place is where you get bed bugs and a disseas

The front desk guy when I checked in was very helpful and friendly.

We didn't notice until morning that there was blood on the floor in multiple places.

we found out late in the evening of the first night that the shower would not divert water to the shower head...so no shower. complained the next morning to front desk and they said they would have it fixed that day. It did not get fixed that day so we finally asked to be moved to a different room so we could shower. the room across the hall was better but it had a broken glass on a picture on the wall by the bar. Jagged glass hanging out of the frame. safety hazard! the beds were so so for comfort, they could use some updating. Key cards kept coming unlinked with the door. Each day we had to go to the front desk and get new cards. AC units were rattling and noisy. the first room had 2 TVs but only one remote. called front desk about it and they did not have anymore remotes for the TV. Jacuzzi tub was nice. The whole place could use a face lift.

The housekeepers spoke no English at all. Everyone of them could not speak English.. The main manager was so rude to customers that approached him. He was so rude I was appalled by his tone and nonchalant character towards a guest who was asking about her room getting cleaned..

It was conveniently located It was very dirty, the first room I got was not clean at all with stuff on the carpet and the bedding was stained. The hallways were very dirty and there was trash and something split in the elevator that was still there when we came back from our concert 6 hours later.

It was a very relaxing stay and the hotel was nice in appearance. The room (king suite) was great and comfortable. However the elevator 2nd floor button wasn't working and the kiddos pool was way too cold.

When we went to the front desk to address the issue, the gentleman was very nice and upgraded us to a different room, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived at the second room, there was cereal next to the nightstand and an entire chip on the other side of the bed, making it seem as though the room had not been vacuumed. The bed sheets were also heavily stained. We called the front desk and requested housekeeping to replace the sheets and vacuum the room. The gentleman explained that he was the only one working and asked us to give him some time to come up to the room with the supplies. I asked about housekeeping, and he explained that they leave early in the afternoon. Since it was a holiday weekend, I understood that the front desk would likely be very busy and that he may not have time to bring the sheets up. Rather than waiting even longer, I went down to the front desk myself to pick up the clean sheets and changed the bed myself. While I appreciated the gentleman’s kindness and willingness to help, I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of both rooms and the fact that I had to change the sheets myself after paying for a hotel stay. I expected the room to be properly cleaned and ready upon arrival.

I stayed 3 days and nobody clean my room!

Didn’t stay here. When I checked into the room the shower looked old and gross and there was water damage all around the edges of it. Carpet was stained and disgusting and there were a few long black hairs on one side of the bed.
