Comfort Inn Grove City - Columbus South

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 5 nights, one reservation under my name for 2 nights and 3 under a friends name. The room was never cleaned for the 5 days. The room air conditioner left the room smelling damp and wasn't able to get the temperature to the desired comfort. With that said, I would most likely stay there again. It was located exactly where I needed to be.

Went to the bathroom in the lobby area, cleaning lady walked in and rolled her eyes at us because they were apparently cleaning but no one was there and there was not a sign. Randy in the front was rude to someone asking him a simple question and then went on a rant about him not having to calm down. Ac in the room didn’t work well either.

The ac was broken there was an issue with check in No pool my room smelled like the devils lettuce

Good hotel for a layover. Super fast and efficient check-in process. The staff literally took 30 sec to check me in... which is amazing. Highly recommend.

Coffee machines at breakfast were broken. Bathroom was very small… literally had to stand at the sink with my calves touching the toilet because they were 6 inches apart

didn’t get to stay due to they had no power, but they were very polite. They canceled our reservation at no charge.

Ants in my bed and on my food. No shower curtain. Leaky AC. Dirty floors.

Breakfast was ok, room was fairly clean, but you felt like you was going to be robbed or mugged outside. Thugs everywhere. Did not appear safe

I've stayed here a few times throughout the years with normally no issues. The hotel has been remodeled, so the room was nice. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was closed. Trying to get any channels on the TV to work was exhausting. So hardly any TV. Breakfast was not up to par. Coffee machines, and juice machines down. Phone was either not plugged in or didn't work thankfully there was not an emergency.

Beds were comfortable and ac stayed cool Didn’t seem the best cleanliness and a lot of the machines were out of order. Also didn’t like the bathroom set up how I have to wedge myself in between the toilet to wash hands, face, and brush teeth. Have food in the stairwell for 3 days started to have ants attract. Often got the smell of mildew and cigarettes.

Other than the elevator being out of service and the juice machine not working at breakfast everything was perfect

Our room was infested with ants and all they did was give us a can of ant spray. And said manager would get ahold of us.

This is 2nd time in a month i have stayed there and the first time the a/c didn’t work, this time i immediately checked and the a/c didnt work so they moved me to the only empty room n the a/c worked but not great! I had to go myself and buy ant traps cuz there were ants everywhere! I found wrappers under the cabinet in the bathroom! Done staying there!

Newly renovated room Card reader didnt work upon arrival. Aged areas

I was put into a newly renovated room that was not ready to be occupied. The shower was dirty and stained from the construction work and when I asked for it to be cleaned I was told that the red/brown marks (that looked like blood) was actually just stains. I said, "Ok, but can the dirty footprints be cleaned from the floor of the shower?" and it was never done. In fact when I came back to my room I found that only the trash and towels had been taken out and the towels were not replaced. There was not a single towel left in my room.

The price I paid should have matched the facility there’s no pool the toilet seat was very loose the breakfast was nasty the eggs were runny the drink machine doesn’t work the breakfast should be way better the sausage were not cooked all the way the facility shouldn’t be open until they properly finish remodeling it’s a waste of time and money and I think they should add a pool no one wants to go over to the other facility just to swim I think its ridiculous I really would like some of my money back but I don’t believe they believe in that No pool the breakfast was horrible the toilet seat was loose also the room keys wasn’t working multiple times which is very annoying

Room ok, bed comfortable but super noisy. But at the end I forgot to grabbed my travel neck pillow I left on the bed. So I called to receptionist desk to mentioned about it and I told her I will go to collect it. She said call back in an hour she need time to check with room service. An hour later I called back she told me the room service said there is none. Untrusted! End up stopped at TJMax to bought a new neck pillow.
