One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was very clean. We even observed one of the cleaning ladies dusting the top of mirrors and another scrubbing the bottom of the shower in the room next to ours. The front counter staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful and the attendant was on top of keeping every offering full. Parking was easy and area was well lit.

Contacted the hotel the day of my reservation to explain that I had an emergency and wouldn’t be able to stay. The hotel agreed to not charge me and cancel the reservation. Two days later they charged me anyway. After multiple Expedia agents reaching out, they still refused. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional to actually lie and charge me just because they have my card information and know they can get away with it.

The whole property was clean from inside out. It smell good overall it was a very good stay.

Naukese was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, kind, and patient, especially considering it was late at night. Expedia had made the booking for the wrong date (0 points for Expedia), and Naukese went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her on staff!

The hotel is clean, but is slightly malodorous. I think this hotel, along with other Fairfield’s, are past their prime. Carpeting does not look clean throughout the hotel and the front of the building presents as poorly tended to. The breakfast was routine, but definitely not as nice as some other hotels. The staff, however, is super nice and helpful.

The indoor pool was warm and lovely, no hot tub. Very nice room, good breakfast. Free parking. Needs to review safety items as fire extinguisher cases were functioning but broken doors, and location map near first floor elevator had been scraped off the sign.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. It was a good location. We would stay there again if we were back in the area.
