Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland

Very clean and well maintained. Great staff

The staff and hotel staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were treated well by everyone we dealt with, from check-in, to casino personnel, to staff at restaurants and bars. The room was clean, roomy, and well supplied.

Exceptional

Hidden fee bad management

Had a wonderful stay. Room was very nice especially the walk in shower. No issues. Will return.

The hospitality. Staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the establishment and surrounding area. NA

Stayed one night as our flight got delayed. Love shopping at Arundel.

The room smelled clean and was clean. However the mattress was so worn out our feet were uphill. Also the laminate was chipped and worn on the furniture. And the blonde laminate was sun bleached and faded. Could use a refresh.

Good shopping

Waited 1 hr for the valet then another 15 min for luggage assistance so check in time from arriving to the room was over 1 hour. Then we have to walk outside the hotel to get kids to the mall as the hotel doesn’t have any walkway to the mall for kids or anyone under 21. Bad design, bad service, I would not be back even if it’s a free night.

Excellent staff and beautiful property!

Exceptional

Only there for one night in route to BWI. Hotel was beautiful and room was luxurious!! Great price for a beautiful stay!

We arrived early around 1pm and wanted to check-in. The front desk told us that there were no clean rooms available. So we waited until 3pm for check in and there were still no rooms available. An employee named Mrs. Tye was very helpful and got us the same room we made a reservation for. Please tell her that she the epitome of customer service and will be held in high regard.
