Unfortunately, nothing. The property was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The room was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition, with cockroaches, mold, moisture, rust, dirty walls, peeling paint, and a badly sagging mattress. I have photos documenting everything. I became ill during my stay and ultimately had to stay with a family member because I could not remain in the room. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to leave earlier. I am requesting a full refund for the entire stay.

Close to restaurants It was dirty, there was a waste bin full of rotting food in front of our door with food spilled on the ground. The entrance before we even unlocked the door was so filthy i did not want to step on the “welcome” mat. The room was not neat

Good location It was run down. My bathroom window was broken so I was unable to close it to keep the noise from the outside coming through the window. I was able to shut the bathroom door. My television was not working. I told the front desk personnel and they told me I needed a WiFi password. I tried the WiFi password even took a picture of the password that was located at the front desk but it didn’t work. I was unable to watch television to rewind after my busy day.

Roach infestation, broken bathroom window screen, sticky floors, noisy people and sketchy people

That I was on the 1st floor parking was free and easy building was rundown on outside My room smelled bad like someone took a poop the bed was uncomfortable and uneven room was dusty we were given 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels for 4people furniture was damaged and old curtains didn’t close had holes, blankets had holes, box spring had yellow brown stains shower didn’t work properly screws fell out as I tried to turn the knob abissmal .
