Courtyard by Marriott Harlingen

The bath towels were very old and dingy. Not even white but more brown. Next time I will travel with my own towels. I reserved the room for two nights, and when i was coming back to my room on the second night, the maid had left the door open and not even shut after she had cleaned the room. Which made me feel unsafe for myself and my personal belongings. I complained to the front desk and was hoping for some call back from management. But never got that call to apologize. I would recommend for anyone who stays here to make sure that their rooms are being locked when leaving for your own safety.

Location was convenient and in close proximity to the family event.

Hotel desperately needs some TLC, just old and worn. Beds, bathrooms all needed a lot of improvement. Not pleased with stay, very overpriced as compared to other hotels in the area.

The bed was really hard and my whole body ached with pain. I don't ever remember staying in a hotel with such a hard bed. My sister and I shared the same bed and she commented on how hard it was. But all in all we were quite satisfied.

This place is OLD. However, they seem to be doing the best they can with old bathtubs and rust surrounding the ac units. The staff is great however. Every employee treated me amazingly. I was stuck there at least 2-3 weeks (intermittently at the end), I didn’t feel very appreciated by management as a returning guest not asking for any kind of discount. But that is okay because the rest of the staff was amazing! Thank you everyone from the bistro, front desk and housekeeping. You turned a tough stay into something I didn’t expect.

The convenience of places to eat with in walking distance as well HEB close by

Location was great. It was conveniently located close to heb and Walmart and it was easy to get to both without much trouble with traffic.

Nice staff but, older facility

The hotel room had a strong cologne smell. It was nauseating.

Hotel was nice. The bed was too firm tho so after a while of sleeping my back felt kind of tense. And my wife said the same about the bed. Other than that its a good hotel.
