Candlewood Suites Harrisburg I-81 - Hershey Area by IHG

Rooms were not clean, friends we stayed with even left due to bugs in their room.

No

I work remotely for a company headquartered in Harrisburg and every year I drive up to host our annual fun day event and I always stay here! Very friendly and helpful staff, nice accommodations for the price!

Wonderful rooms and great location. Difficulties finding staff upon checkout.

Very little Roach in the cupboard, water on the bathroom floor so we asked to move to another room and clerk acted like it was an imposition, mold in the bathroom floor corner

The room clean and spacious

No good

I booked because it was booked now, pay later. However, luckily I checked my inbox because the day before arrival they gave me until 3:30pm to pay a $50 fee or they would cancel my reservation. My friend booked directly by phone and was called the day before arrival for the same and refused to give her card info over the phone and her reservation WAS cancelled and she dud not find out until the night we arrived (11:30pm). Luckily they had a room for the night for her. They should not be listed as book now, pay later…and calling asking for credit card info over the phone the day before is not cool, neither is cancelling someone’s reservation who expect to pay at check in. I will not book with them again because of this. Had I not checked my inbox on Expedia the day before, I would have arrive at 11:30 at night after a 2 hour drive and had no room. That’s not cool.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the room was great , nice comfy beds, !! Would stay there again

Exceptional

Good

Great rooms!

Very good

Great for a one night stay.

The hotel is outdated, which there was a sign saying they were working on updating. Our room had a musty smell, mold in the shower, dust in the vents and just worn appearance. At check in the worker seemed like we were bothering him. No other interactions until we checked out and was asked to give a 5star rating.

Very good

We had a great one
