Staybridge Suites Harrisburg by IHG

Exceptional

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite for a great price. The breakfast and dinner 3-nights a week was great. The laundry room was a fabulous help for a long trip. The gym was adequate but gave is what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

I like that they have little social events plus the grilling area in the back is a plus It wasn't very clean I found a dead roach or water bug in the bathroom . All the furniture in my room was dirty as well as the sheets

Superb

Flickering bathroom light met with total indifference by front desk. Had to ask for sheets for the sleeper sofa.

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and they gave us a really quiet, convenient room just to be extra nice. Nice landscaping and location also. Breakfast was just ok although the selection was huge but quality not so much.

Very good

Great stay!

Trash under the kitchen sink was full (from previous patron I guess). Also, the bathroom sink had hair, presumably from a previous patron too. The shower curtain doesn't work particularly well when used as designed (split inner and outer curtain) because it ended up leaking water all over the bathroom. Air conditioner had a bit of a strange odor when we first stepped into the room (eventually went away).

Super clean, looked brand new rooms. Spacious and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend

Property Maintained very well. Keep up the good work

Breakfast was a definite step up from the Best Western level we were expecting/hoping for, it was better than expected with more fruits and other options. One Ottoman had a missing/broken leg/wheel. But wasn't a real concern, did not make use of them.

To be honest I liked everything about it. No comments everything was great.

Expensive for little to no services

I appreciate their hard work

The shower water pressure and temperature was very low.

It was clean, the staff was professional, and the breakfast was okay. The shower water pressure and temperature was very low.
