Location Room comfort and cleanliness

Passable

Stayed one night! Nice clean and comfortable!

The room size was nice The breakfast was pretty bad

The pool was down at the time I went which was unfortunate it was one of the reasons I booked but overall it was nice it was clean I used the kitchen in my room it was good as well everything worked fine I say as far as not having the pool everything was a 5/5

My experience was absolutely terrible, I was harrassed for a full day about my room booking. Then once I thought it was handle by management. I came back later that evening to be harrassed yet again about my room booking and the hotel attendant took my id, and advise they only had me booked for one night. AFTER WHEN I CHECKED IN TOLD TWO NIGHTS. When they let us back in our room after the event we attended my stuff as well as my friends stuff was taken out of our room, and thrown in a trash bag without any phone call from the hotel. On top of all of this the key machine was not working and the pool and hot tub were out of service. Breakfast area was not clean.

Very good

nothing We booked this hotel to join our daughters family. Luckily for us they arrived a day early and immediately told us this hotel was horrible. We canceled and booked and stayed at the Hilton Garden nearby. Great move. Sadly my daughters family stuck it out. She also said the area is sketcky

The room had dead bugs on the air conditioning unit. Both bed room sheets were dirt right along with the pillow cases. That the pool was not advertised that it has not been working. The communication with the online rep was not good they could have advised me that the pool or spa was not working especially when I made it known that I was bringing two kids.

The hotel was very un clean, run down and it smelt! Our 1st room smelt like cat pee and smoke and was run down filthy, so they moved us to another room. It was just as dirty but without the odor. BUT we did have stains on our sheets. I was ready to sleep in my car!!!!

Muy bueno y limpio

Location Shower leaked, floor was very slippery, carpeted smelled like wet dog, bed was small for a queen size

Not much whatsoever. Enjoyed that the suite had separate bedrooms, but it was all very dirty. The rooms were extremely dirty and not kept well. There were bugs and the shower was disgusting. Our room door would not lock or close properly. It would take a good 5 minutes to close the door and lock it correctly.

The Staff was nice, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but it was enough to fill your belly and start the day. My only real complaint was that the pool was closed, it was a bummer since I specifically booked a place with a pool for my children to enjoy

Superb

Came in to them telling me my room wasn’t available and it was double booked. Then they told me they found a room. Then they double charged me because they didn’t see that the room was prepaid. Then we get to the room and it was flooded. Come back down and I am told I will have to find another place to stay. We had just got in from out of town at 11pm with two small children. Absolute trash establishment.
