When you see lower rates online, you cannot get the lower rates( I was told by office staff)even if you are currently a guest there. Office staff states they have nothing to do with online rates & rebooking would require the guest to register again & get a different room, basically starting the process all over.

Upon entering the room, the room seemed to be clean, but once we got in and close the door, there was a strong urine smell. The staff was helpful. The Wi-Fi worked just fine. There was a lot of food and shops up and down Manhattan. The power went out so we had to leave a day early and you do have to hound them about returning your room deposit.
