said he would let the manager know. I let him know I want a full refund, and no one called me from the hotel today, even to just apologize. Even if they refuse to reimburse me I just want everyone to know NOT to stay at this disgusting hotel. We also woke up in the middle of the night to a bunch of cops with sirens yelling at someone to get out of the car, that took awhile. I had to rent a room at SFO to dry my hair, and I’ve been exhausted all day, and I haven’t heard a peep from management. I never write reviews. But this needed to be said.

I did not expect this near the Bay Area

The only was the microwave didn’t work

The breakfast was the usually waffles, but they also had eggs and sausage and a very nice attendant.

The greeting when I walked through the door set the tone for my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was amazing the ladies did a great job throughout my stay. And I love I thought that this is the first Best Western Plus I've seen in and y'all had a custom-made waffle iron with the BW in the middle shape of a heart was everything! They also provided each guest in their rooms earplugs due to the hotel is by the freeway which was very nice of them to do. The only issue I had was that my key card didn't work when the doors were closed at night time to enter the hallway for ice. That was probably a key card glitch, but I did have access throughout the day to get ice.

Elevator was clean with no foul odor. I entered my room with careful expectations! Alas, no chemical deodorant smell. It meant everything in the room; linen, carpet, bathroom, furniture & even the drapes were clean. The pillows and bed linen were clean and fresh. Kudos to Zeyda & the housekeeping staff! Breakfast buffet was splendid. Shakine (?), the attendant does a good presentation in setting the breakfast items. Firstly, the coffee station & chafing dish hot items, plus all the way to the toaster with assorted pastries. Thanks Shakine, for your cheerful hospitality! I will be amiss if I don't mention Valerie's gratitude and support for her staff when I checked out. I'm so happy I found a new hotel for my family visits in Hayward. I'll be back!

close to the highway with a lot of noise. Couldn't sleep even with the provided earplugs.
