Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hayward - Castro Valley by IHG

Nice and clean

Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and maintained.

Clean rooms, new. Just didn't get that safety feeling. Charged me $7 for muffin in hand while leaving (it was an included bkfst!! room). Didn't give friendly vibes. Wont go again.

Very kind and patient staff and very welcoming. Clean room and bathroom. Very helpful and polite staff. Very rich and assorted continental breakfast menu options. I will stay here again

Everything was clean the breakfast was wonderful thank you

Thank you for a great stay

Exceptional

The welcoming staff and the cleanliness There wasn’t anything to dislike

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. I liked the indoor pool, although we did not get to use it this time. They do not offer delivery of items to the room. We needed extra sheets and were told to pick up at front desk, no biggie.

Everything was perfect ❤️

Good

The usual excellent holiday inn service!!

The guy that checked us in and out was super friendly, professional and welcoming. Shout out to him! Not sure why this place has low ratings. My stay was smooth and enjoyable. Easy parking, daily room service, clean room, comfortable bed and free breakfast. Overall the hotel is well maintained and staffed. Had no problems whatsoever, would recommend!

everything is good

Amazing service

Clean room Water was cold so I couldn’t take a shower had to complain to the main desk and they had to fix it. My room was not ready when I arrived so he had to move me to another room. They told me it was an $100 retainer fee. It was actually $185. They never told me there was a parking pass or fees of $7 for guest. So I found in the morning that there was a note they were going to tow my car.

The hotel provide the same breakfast daily and lacks hygiene, the same utensils was used to take out multiple meals, I was expecting some cleanliness and hygiene in a well know hotel. I had my guests from Australia and they gave a very bad review.

During our stay as a family of 5, what stood out the most was the staff!! From house keeping, front desk, to breakfast staff, everyone was helpful and personable. That single thing will make our stay memorable at Holiday Inn.
