Nice hotel and room for the price.

Excellent place and staff highly recomended

Did not like the parking cost for a suburban hotel. No room service. Bar Louie had good food. Maid service was not stellar- expected more for room cost.

This hotel is beautifully maintained and easy to access. Parking is free and ample. The lobby is grand and well appointed. Staff were friendly and professional. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because of the beds. Mattresses are not great; hard and dimpled. Ours seemed like it was time to replace it. Pillows were also very flat. Woke up with a backache.

Overall this is a well maintained property with spacious rooms and some useful amenities such as a room fridge, a Starbucks and a restaurant-bar on site, small pool, and proximity to a shopping area and NOW Arena. The staff members were pleasant. Pretty much what you'd expect. Glitches: The WiFi didn't work very well and they tried to charge me for it even though I'm a Bonvoy member. The parking area is big, but you have to pay for parking. Our room adjoined another room (locked), making it somewhat less than soundproof. Also, we booked a king bed room, but when we got to the room discovered we had been given two double beds instead. Not a huge deal for us, but they should have warned us at check in that they couldn't give the original room type.

I like the staff, cleanliness of the hotel & room Here's EVERYTHING I DIDN'T LIKE!! 1. You have to pay $15 per day for parking 2. Breakfast was an additional $25 per person for a buffet style breakfast 3. When me & my family arrived back to the room Sunday night, my room door was unlocked & wide open. My 1st thought was "maybe house keeping came in & didn't shut the door all the way." However, nothing was done in the room. Meaning, the beds weren't made, we had no towels or anything. I'm happy we took all of our personal belongings because why would my door be open & nothing clean. When I addressed this issue to the front desk she was nice about it & escalated the issue to the manager (whom I never spoke with). A few moments later I get a knock at my door & she gives me towels & sheets. As if I'm suppose to make up the beds. I didn't like my experience here but Bar Louie's & the front desk staff were really nice.

The rooms were really nice. The service was amazing. Can’t think of anything.
-
Charged me for a water when I asked for one and failed to mention there was some in my room. A six dollar water at that. Super shady

The hotel was beautiful and clean as a whole. I loved my room! The room was great for the price I paid to stay. I felt comfortable. There was hair on the sheets, not much, but it made me wonder about the cleaning procedure a bit.

The location is excellent, very nicely decorated and clean. The amenities were great. When checking in we were given “vouchers” that stated BREAKFAST VOUCHER This $26 voucher entitles you to one breakfast buffet or one entree from the breakfast menu if buffet is not available. Present this coupon upon ordering. Breakfast still cost us $26 per person, the buffet was pretty standard…nothing special. Very confusing! Parking is $15.00 per night, it wasn’t very crowded. Not sure why they’re charging for it.

nothing more to add

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend! Feels rich and luxurious but the cost was half of a luxury hotel. Will definitely go back.
