Quality Inn Holland - Toledo

The bed was clean, the desk was clean, but every other part of that room was filthy. The price is the price for a reason, and you get what you pay for. I like a free breakfast, but I didn’t stay for it.

The complementary breakfast was amazing! While the rooms could use some updating, it was comfortable!

The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. Not a great deal of noise at night, quiet area. Bed was comfortable. HVAC worked correctly. Room had pealing and blistering paint on ceiling and walls. Tub floor had dirt or dirty stains easily seen on white porcelain. Dead bolt on door did not properly extend. Think it was hitting strike plate.

Bathroom outdated. TV remote did not work well and choices were difficult to navigate.

Disappointing

Superb

The breakfast was great and the room was perfect.

Location Dirty and older

THERE WAS A LOUD CRICKET IN MY ROOM ALL NIGHT AND I DIDN'T GET HARDLY ANY SLEEP. CRICKETS RUB THEIR BACK LEGS TOGETHER AND MAKE THAT NOISE. THE CRICKET WAS STILL THERE THE MORNING OF CHECK OUT BUT NO ONE CAME BY AFTER REPORTING IT.

Average breakfast .. The worst king size bed I have ever slept on on my life and I am 73 yrs old… the ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling off… bath tub was patched around the drain … long black hair in the tub, my husband and I both have very short blonde and gray hair. tv cabinet was falling to pieces, white paint was splattered all over the bathroom floor… room was so small we had to iron our luggage one at a time. The webpage stated: cable and direct tv also pay per view … wrong… we had none of those… only about 8 or so channels…

Everything I like everything

Absolutely horrid CUSTOMER SERVICE, not friendly, never smile, after rejecting the first room due to water damage on the they put us in the back, all we smelled was marijuana & cigarillo’s. Blood spot on white sheet corner next to the nightstand. Carpet felt greasy. Luckily we left it 8 AM and weren’t back until 9:10 PM at night so we dealt with it and they would never give us a refund.

The breakfast cereal was stale, broken tile and patched wall in my room,

Room was clean, staff was helpful. Good location and a great price!

Superb

Yes everything! Write down to the blood stains on the walls the live insects and the dead insects laying around the room the wasp in my coffee maker that did not work and the torn up stained filthy dirty carpet stains

Was not pleased with the service I received during check in

They do have a tiny workout room. The staff is polite. I saw a pool but no one was in it.

The laundry room was not in service
