It’s a super family friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Location is perfect and convenient to get around! Love this place! I would just say I wish the room is a bit bigger and since there s fridge I hope they have the microwave as well. :)

It is a little older property but the well maintained. I stayed in the renovated tower with the city/partial ocean view room. It is in a great location thats in walking distance to a lot of things. The Princess (Ube) pancakes were phenomenal.

Very dated room. Air conditioning made a hell of a noice. The charging station in the desk didn’t work No PowerPoints near the bed. Lamp on of my switch was dodgy.

We accidentally rented a two night stay but as soon as we booked it we immediately called the hotel to tell them we only just one night stay instead, however the employees were extremely unhelpful and and told us to talk to booking and booking called the hotel and said they weren’t able to help either . So we ended up paying for extra night even tho we were only staying for one night.

Nice place

Air conditioning did not keep up it was hot in our room, after several requests it was never resolved. we was supposed to have a renovated room it was not it was old and outdated.

I loved how the staff was always so attentive and how pretty everything was. I loved how close to the beach and shopping. I didn’t love that the microwave was $10/day rental
