i stayed at this resort last year the service was great that i came back this year. the facility is clean the staff friendly and kind. the service is top notch always. to the tour director, the front desk staff to the restaurant service and staff there. i would definitely stay here again all because of the service we recieved . the other reason is that the hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and shops. definitely a great place to stay .

Location Tiny space in the shower. Outdated ammenities, leaky small mini fridge, carpet could do with a renewal or just floorboard. Lifts are old and slow.

Hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly. Location was perfect. One of the best breakfasts we've ever had that was included with stay. When I was looking up rental car companies before our trip, I was surprised to find there was one on this property. Very easy as office was located in main lobby. As long as car is turned in by closing time which was 9 pm, they would park car without hotel parking fee. Definitely recommend.

Location, view from the room, good staff. Hotel rooms are clean but all the public places have a very old flooring looking very dirty with a lot of dust in the corners. Hotel needs renovation in short period to offer good conditions. Breakfast options are very limited, better to eat outside.

Location good. Close to beach. Balcony door not adequate. Poorly sealed. Wind whistled through ALL night! Granted there was a storm nearby but correctly fitted glas door would not do that. Room old and tired. Breakfast hard pass.

Great location close walking distance to beach and shops. The room had nice partial view of beach and an it’s own balcony was more than expected as was the lovely surprise birthday treat left in the room. Connor on the front desk kindly arranged with the very obligating dining room manager for us to have take away breakfast as we were checking out for an early flight the next day before normal serving hours. Lighting in the room was restricted to a single table lamp as the second one wasn’t working. A separate light switch for the toilet would have been good as both the hand wash area and toilet were jointly operated by a single switch.

So glad I booked this hotel on Expedia. Perfect location, good housekeeping, adequate breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows and strong water pressure even though we were on the 15th floor. Yes, the furniture and decor are outdated and it would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the room, but those are minor issues. I would stay here again!
