Definitely was not up to par as it was advertised, and was overcharged even when I booked through Expedia.

The staff was nice but that was it. I know this wasn’t the property's fault and was more and issued with booking.com but booked my stay with them months in advance and when we showed up to the location they did not have our booking. This was because a month before we showed up for our stay they had switched management companies and I received no notice of the switch in management before my stay. I received no email no text nothing. I then had to pay for a room for the night at a more expensive price in a smoking room because of the loss of my previous booking. When we got to the room the door did not lock properly there was no towels in the room at all and bags over the ac units. The front of the hotel looked okay but when we went to the back of the hotel where our room was it was completely in shambles. The parking spots were all broken up and there was garbage everywhere. There were workers that were working on the hotel and stared at us as we pulled around. Overall we did not feel safe staying there and decided to leave. When we made the decision to find another hotel to stay at and left the room there was a man that watched us walk out of our room and to our car. We made a great decision to not stay the night there at the loss of $100 on top of the $77 we payed originally through booking.com. Moral of the story we will not be booking through booking.com again.

Location was good. TV didnt work and when I brought it to the front desk attention, she wasnt much help. Also had some weird pink tint on the screen. Ive asked for a partial refund because it wasnt worth 78 dollars and have not heard anything back as of yet.

The staff were so adamant to kick me out for deescalating an argument to the point that another person had made a complaint on the wrong room, so I got denied for an extended stay even with my rewards points.

Roach in sink. Heater didn't work. Clerk did not speak ANY English. Uncomfortable bed. No breakfast served (as advertised).
