I love that when we got there the only woman on duty was so caring and sweet and was able to get us checked in and the breakfast was delicious I did not like that the pool was not open because it was not cleaned, if you show and say you have a pool and I pay full price...I would like to be able to use the amenities and the pool is one cause it comes with the hotel...

Overall rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly . Unfortunately pool was closed . This was not disclosed before arrival .

Good across the board. Very humid area & time of year, so the dehumidifier came in handy!

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows a little flat.

There was a continuous problem with the TV most of the time. They came several times to correct it, only to go out again. I really didn't have to have the TV, but it's nice. Went to breakfast area, which had cozy comfortable place to hang out a bit before going to bed. I would stay again because of the bed. Most hotels bed are too hard. So if I get a good night sleep, I can handle small issues. We were 2 adults no children. I would stay there again.
