Courtyard by Marriott Houston by the Galleria

Sold me a protection that was unusable for the circumstances of the night in which was in question

Staff was helpful...Building was unconstruction; therefore, hotel food was not available

The front desk the night person he was so rude 😒

We chose to stay an extra day there because of the cleanliness in the renovated rooms and the kindness of Gemma.

Excellent location within walking distance from all shops & Restaurants

Clean and welcoming, the indoor pool was just a great touch

The body‑wash dispenser didn’t work. I had to ask three times—from about 4 PM until 10 PM—before they finally brought a new one to the room.

Clean spacious rooms. Great location

Exceptional

The hotel is currently going under construction. Had we known that. We wouldn't have stayed here. We heard pounding after 5pm on a weekend. Didn't have hand soap or batteries for the tv remote. Whoever was in the room next door kept trying to get inside our room.

The hotel is in terrible need for an overhaul. Terrible smell in the rooms hallways and elevators. Old beat up bathroom and outdated electronic no usb ports in the rooms. It honestly felt like a truck stop budget motel and not a Marriott property

Exceptional

they charged the parking fee.. I did not notice while I made booking through expedia..terrible!!

The property was under renovation, with many workers on site, and the elevators were frequently being used by the construction crew. The room was also not cleaned every day.

Disappointing

Courtyard was great except they are remodeling. Needs to include breakfaat

first time using the chain but i will from now

Very goor

Hotel good but so many extra charges

Cleaning is every other day which is ok but they never cleaned.I had to ask for clean towels. The bathroom lighting is very dull and eas hard for me to do makeup and hair. Place needs renovations, the outlets needed repairs.
