Hotel Bella

* I showed up to the lobby, not having booked a room yet. I wanted some information before booking the room I was seeing on my app. The gentleman at the front was hesitantly helpful at best. It's as if he did not care if I booked or not. If I employed someone to run the front desk, I would expect more. * The non-smoking rooms were all upstairs, and my room still smelled like weed. Maybe having the smoking rooms on the lower floor allows smoke to come up? I don't know, but some lysol while cleaning might help. * The morning I was to check out, the staff was knocking on the room next door, and yelling for the person to open the door. No discretion, and just woke me up. I had intended to sleep in, but the noise continued even after I came out of my room to let them know I was trying to sleep. The housekeeping lady apologized; however, the noise continued again later.

Perfect for a quick get away

Excellent

The location is fantastic - lots of amenities within a short distance (plenty in walking distance). The cleaners were great - they came every day if you wanted them to (we stayed for a week). I don't have any real complaints - this place was great! My only issue was we had a kitchenette with a full fridge but didn't have a way to cook anything since we were traveling. All in all - i'd stay here again!

The only problem I have with hotel are the cockroaches. The hotel could be better if they did some pest control

The shower curtain gets soaked which soaks the whole bathroom up. There's absolutely no dryer but ironically a whole kitchen? The towels are cheap and paper thin The remote to the tv didn't even work without waving hands. Just horrible Hard workers I'm sure when it comes to cleaning this dump. Found 3 dead mini crickets

The bed sheets had clearly not been washed at all. The air conditioner was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. I was shocked to see a cockroach—the first one I had seen since I was a child—and my family was so frightened that they were unable to sleep well throughout the night.

Close to a lot of different places to eat stores

Excelente servicio

Close to everything, but the downside is there wasnt any kitchenware, so if you plan on cooking bring your own kitchenware, but other then that the place was great

Room did not have toilet paper holder or table. It was also very noisy all night long outside. Faucet was also leaking and stopped up in bathroom

Love this place

Yes

roaches, smelled like smoke, fighting around the property

Kitchen equipment is bad.

Yes so spotless

The mirror I love the full body mirror

This hotel was amazing

Clan room

The place is clean for what it is, yet it can improve its cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers are just dirty. It is a non-expensive place, and you get that.... but functional.
