JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria

Tired former Courtyard Marriott. Typical minimum effort Marriott hotel. JW has lost any and all meaning.

I paid the not insignificant sum of $400 !!! This hotel has let itself go. The love has gone. It is tired and living off its reputation. Faded splendor is all around. From the minute you arrive the staff make you feel like they are doing you a favour. The corridors are splendid but the rooms are dowdy and lacking joy. The pool is awful as an experience. And the breakfast is cheap and nasty. I will not be back.

The hotel needs an uplift

The air conditioner was not working very hot in the room was very uncomfortable for the price I paid I should of been very comfortable. I also was moved twice my room keys didn’t work I was not very happy with the money I paid! The price! And your front desk can’t ever find my room. I wish my check in was more organized

Location, amenities, comfort, welcoming and professional staff Nil

Excelent all my visit really enjoy it

Passable

The bed, the sheets, the pillows, awful. the room was NOT cold. NOBODY like a warm room, NOBODY!!!

Well located with connecting rooms available.

I had the worst time and teh worst night on a hotel that i can remember. The alarm sound at midnight, i had to evacuate from the 22th floor. Nobody from the staff had the kidness to clarify, explain the situation, and when they finally did, they were very unpolite and very carelles about us as hosts. My girlfriend and i stayed at the lobby over an hour until the alarm went off. Obviously we couldnt sleep at all.

Didn’t go in

Room not cleaned beds not made. The hotel is not worth the money that was charged. I will never stay at the Marriott again and will not recommend the hotel to anyone.
