Residence Inn by Marriott Houston West/Beltway 8 at Clay Rd.

We love staying here. Great breakfast. Big rooms. Super staff. Our only complaint is that the sofa is uncomfortable to sit on.

It was a nice clean room, staff was friendly with available parking and I loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning

Great hotel, staff friendly and very clean.

Good

Hotel was nice. Clean and quiet. Safe. Pool was a little murky. Chemicals need to be maintained better. There are a few things that need to be better taken care of such as elevator switch covers; some where cracked and wires were visible. Overall a decent stay.

The pool area was very clean, loved having access to a basketball court. Hallways were a bit hot/humid

No water or coffee offered complimentary in lobby . Very little (variety) and ran out of bananas during breakfast

It was nice and enjoyable

Superb

Staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was great. I picked this particular location because I knew it would be a great choice due to past experiences when i booked the meeting rooms. However customer service could have been a little better, more welcoming. Also housekeeping blocks the isle with there carts. It is totally understandable you are cleaning but the cart doesn’t have to be in the middle of the aisle making it difficult to pass. Other than that I enjoyed my stay
