SpringHill Suites Houston Medical Center/NRG Park

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, a couple of them didn’t even greet, or have eye cont try to

Clean and renovated rooms at a perfect location within walking distance from Reliant Stadium, would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional

Very good

Nice stay and well

The room was nice and very big. All supplies were fully stocked. The breakfast was very good, the staff was busy keeping the area clean and everything stocked. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The breakfast really good...There was a variety of food items and beverages. I didn't care for the $15.00 additional parking fee (although this is probably becoming a trend)

Very cheap. Great for football games. And the breakfast was amazing!!

Had a small issue with the toilet not flu, but turns out they were fixing a pipe when we arrived. Masterclass handled quickly

Air conditioning in lobby, elevators and breakfast area wasn't working in August in Houston! Terrible

Superb

Close to Medical Center. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast. Very worn, bathroom was in poor condition.

Honestly the room wasn’t dirty it was the part they didn’t clean it and refilling the water for us to make our own tea in the room. They charged us for the waters when I have stayed at a springhill hotel before. For the extra sofa bed they didn’t have extra sheet available or pillows as it should’ve.

Close enough to the reason I was in Houston It’s pretty old, outdated. Rust and deteriorating surfaces.. bathroom door.. ceiling, other places. Bathroom could have been much cleaner. Just didn’t feel as clean as I would prefer.

Very nice and friendly employees. Very clean property. Breakfast is amazing has different varieties to choose from

La habitacion limpia, limpieza diaria de habitacion y buen servicio en general.

Not getting the rooms we paid for was INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING

We purchased 2 king suites & 1 double queen suite, & that is not what we received. If I wanted queens I would not have purchased they king suites separately! We picked this hotel because of the king suites, so to walk into queen suites was disappointing!!

Location was excellent, Shuttle service to Texas Children’s was wonderful and never a hassle or had a long wait (even though it’s stated otherwise) front desk staff was in such a good mood and had a great vibe. Brisk walk to NRG if that’s what you’re looking for. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was terrific for a our trip. Nice full bar and a pretty decent breakfast offering. There was an elevator out of service ... not really a big deal as we were on the second floor.
