We stayed for one night before a connecting flight. The room was outdated but clean. Unfortunately, the AC was very noisy and woke us up several times. The staff were friendly, breakfast was okay, and the airport shuttle worked fine. Convenient for a short stopover, but a quieter room would have made a big difference.

The breakfast was ok, many varieties, something for everyone. The maids would try to enter doors while latch was on......very scary when you are asleep.

It was quite clean. The area is very quiet. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The tall African American gentleman at the front desk corrected a problem with the television. He was truly a gentleman. The shuttle to and from the airport ran frequently. All is well.

I like the location. The first room I was in had bugs in the tub, and there was no hot water. The second room I got because I didn’t get to go change rooms, the towel had black spots on them. Also on the website is stated a bus shuttle to the airport 24/7 however it stopped running at 11:30 p.m. and starts again at 6 AM in the morning. This is not a location that I would ever stay at again. To make matters worse I had to stand outside at the airport waiting on the shuttle for 30 minutes in 96° weather. I had called twice about the shuttle, but when the driver got there, he had an attitude.

The fold-out couch bedding was missing a comforter, so it was very chilly for one person in our party while those in the bed slept soundly.

Very clean! Staff was really nice! The lighting in the room. Didn’t have access to YouTube on the television.

Proximity to airport and shuttle availability, comfortable and clean. It was all ok.
