Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bush Intl Airport

Pleasant

Customer service was rude when confronted about the 2 cockroaches roaming around in the room. I was told I was going to receive a compensation but never received one. Room also smells bad and the bed sheets + bathroom are not cleaned at all. Here are the photos of cockroach. I also have a video clip of the cockroach, but there is no way to upload it here.

Superb

It was clean Staff comments about if people did or didn't leave them a tip in front of customers

Just small upgrades would have been nice like the a/c, curtains and coffee maker to make it feel more up to date in thr room

Practical location, close to the airport. Airport shuttle was great too. Very clean. Need was comfy. Lovely service. Needs a bit of tlc. Small things are broken like door handles for the bathroom.

Nice hot tub room for romantic getaway, nice size room great night time staff Just small upgrades would have been nice like the a/c, curtains and coffee maker to make it feel more up to date in thr room

Clean and comfortable bed, very nice and convenient location for one night before the flight The whole hotel smelled like indian food and especially on the first floor

Location and value The property had the Air conditioner in our room completely off prior our check-in (at 11 at night in July - summer time). It was really hot and uncomfortable for us to sleep in the room. It took about 2 hours to cooling the room and we had to leave at 4am for early flight. Unfortunately, we didn’t really sleep that night.

This was one of the worst rooms I have ever been in. It was 98 degrees outside and the air conditioner was not even turned on in the room. A hotel knows when guests are booked and should accommodate for the hot weather and turn the air on in the rooms that are to be occupied. One bed had two large burn holes in the comforter (it was a non-smoking room), and the other comforter had actual food and grease stains when pulled back. It was so bad that I did not even stay there. I am in shock that this hotel has anyone stay. It is run down and certainly not welcoming. The front desk help was temporary and was not able to assist at all when I requested a refund because we were not staying there. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Very good

Nice room. Good water pressure in the shower. AC works well. Didn't go well for the morning shuttle but I Chalk it up to bad luck. I will be coming back for my next trips for sure.

Good

Room walls are very thin. Did not sleep as we spent the night listening to the prostitute in the next room . Checked in at 11pm and had to leave at 4:45am for an early morning flight.
