Hampton Inn Huntsville/Village of Providence

Floor Tiles. Layout of lobby and dining area. Observation: Access from parking lot was unrestricted. Electronic hardware apparently not activated. Anyone can walk in and access any floor/area in the facility without being challenged. Not sure what your Threat Assessment is, but may need revisiting. Perhaps my concerns were being actively monitored by cameras, staffed hopefully. That is all, hope this helped. Feel free to respond. Would like to know if my observations were accurate.

Perfect!

Very good

Everything about this Hampton Inn was perfect including location, staff, breakfast, parking, room and the cleanliness overall. Would not choose anywhere else to stay while visiting. I would love to pick 1 or 2 things to point out but everything was fantastic. When everything is 5 star and seems to be perfect I find I highlight a small item to point out. In this case it was the bottles of water and snacks the front desk staff had available for everyone for free. That little item tells me that they care about their guests and treat them that way....not too many other hotels do this. Would be nice to see all hotels care as much.

Nice modern hotel.

Room was very clean but had a stuffy smell. No real access to the pool. But it was a great experience and the staff was great especially Front Desk Michael

The whole atmosphere was welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. I love that we could have free water all day! That was so nice for us so we didn’t have to find somewhere to buy water. Soooo clean and smells great! Our room was spacious with room to move around. This was definitely one of our favorite stays!

Loved this place. Staff was exceptional. Cleanliness and location exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Whenever my husband and I go to Huntsville to visit our daughter, we always stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel staff is always wonderful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the free breakfast is very good. They also have great coffee!

Thank you for the great hospitality.
