Passable
-
The inability of the majoruty of employees to perform their jobs. And also was charged for two rooms...
-
Everything was fantastic. Was actually worth the additional drive time to reach location. Exceptional room. The bed could have been a little firmer for my taste, but was comfortable.

I have stayed the Hyatt Place in Huntsville four times, good staff. Clean room. And the reliable Hyatt place room layout and breakfast. I will stay here again.

Loved the cleanliness of the room

Ants were in the microwave, I put my food in it not noticeing. It was a lot of food, because i could not eat it all at the resturant. I complain at the front desk. My husband spoke to one of the managers, on the following Monday. They seem to not care. The front desk clerk so the ants and made a note. Need some type of compensation

This hotel is located close to shopping mall. has a pool, fitness room. Room was cleaned only once during 7 days. Check in is completly mess, booking was done by booking.com and during the check in they charged again, happily only 3 days after complain, but part of payment still under question.
