Quality Inn & Suites Huntsville Research Park Area

Exceptional

It was in a good location. Next to Walmart and other big stores. The cable did not work, took several hours for the air to actually kick on, and the staff tried to run my card three times before we actually arrived in rib to check in. She also was trying to make me upgrade to two rooms with 4 small children .

No hot water and did not get the room I booked

Exceptional

False advertising

Nothing exciting. Standard soy-sausage patties, powder eggs, and waffle maker. Second and third day, Many of the items were almost out or not available, like orange/apple juice and fruit. I wish the pool was available. Middle of summer, 100 degrees outside, an after work swim would have been awesome. I asked why the pool wasn’t open. I didn’t really get a response, except someone muttered something about having to keep things fixed.

Ok.

Keep up the great work

Pool closed was not told when booked

There was a hole to the next room when informed nothing was done to accommodate us

The location The pool was not available to us and it was 100 degrees every day. The ice machine was not working. One of the guest there was using marijuana and the hotel reaked of it. We went for the continental breakfast twice and nothing was available and had to go down to Bo Jangles. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past and I don't think I will be back. The last stay wasn't all that great but we decided to give it another try.

Clean and convenient location

Very good

However, they advertise cable channels. False! You do not get cable, you get llke 4 local channels, PBS etc. No ESPN, TNT, etc. Second, they advertise wifi, there is NO wifi. Third, you get lilke 3 "throw" pillows on your bed, not full size pillows. Hope you can sleep on a couch. Oh and ice machine was conveniently broke. Could not have been more disappointed with this stay!!!!
