Nice rooms, quiet, clean. Couldn't get to breakfast because there were do many people shoved into the small breakfast area so we skipped it. The shower was nice but it squeezed and made noise when other rooms used the water.

Staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast…. Better than some 5 star resorts I’ve stayed in I kid you Not.

Location Had to wait for over an hour to check in. Unacceptable. Although they gave us free water and points, it was very upsetting. The bed was horrible and very uncomfortable. I had also asked for extra towels and pillows—did not get them. There was no coffee pot n the room

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The only two negative remarks I can say are that the room had clothing from a prior guest in the drawers and the washer was out. We desperately needed a washer after our kiddo had an accident but otherwise everything was great! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.
