The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though there was a "No Smoking" sign right outside.

Cheap and close to SOFI for concert Room smelled like cigarettes even though we got a “no smoking” room. Carpet was sticky? Bedding had holes in it. There were ants in the bathroom, not too many <10 but enough to notice.

The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are clean and I appreciate a no smoking room free from smoke! Not much
