If you like to stay in a roach infested environment then this the spot for you. As soon as I walked in the room it was like they were waiting to come out. Refrigerator had roaches as well. I didn’t even stay in the room I immediately went to the front desk and informed them. Since I booked thru a 3rd party I’m having a hard time getting my money back. But it’s ok. It reminded of the movie joes apartments.

was upset that shuttle driver to airport would not let me get off shuttle until I gave him a tip. I forgotten to get cash as My husband and I divorcing and had to get family to pay for flight and hotel to go back home and only had enough in bank to buy kids lunch in layover but he insisted I zelle him a tip sorry wrote that backwards

Ok option for the price, room was musty and could not close the door to the bathroom.

Convenient to the airport when my evening flight was cancelled. The airport shuttle in the morning was a real plus. But the room was a little dank and chilled to morgue levels (the thermostat was stuck around 60 despite my efforts to move the temperature.) There was no soap, bath or hand. The toilet clogged and when I went to the desk they just handed me a plunger. The small bar and restaurant was extortionate. Given more time and less desperation, probably would have picked one of the other half dozen or so other hotels in walking radius

It was a decent room. Good size ! Slight smelled like mildew. Shower floor was scary. Wish they would update to central AC. The AC unit was probably most of the smell or maybe the shower. I found a couple of ants on the sink area. Super hot in Texas maybe they were thirsty. Then we tried to watch tv & relax. Had to contact the front desk to have someone look at the reason why the tv wouldn’t turn on. It was great someone fixed it. Too bad we missed breakfast. Our flights were early. Breakfast doesn’t start til 7AM

I’m giving this hotel a one-star rating because of the way my cancellation and refund request was handled. I notified the hotel that my travel plans had been canceled and explained my situation, but despite that, I was not provided a refund or any reasonable accommodation. What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically paid for the protection/stay insurance, expecting that it would provide coverage in situations like this. Unfortunately, I still have not received a response from the owner or manager regarding my request or the insurance coverage. The lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. I understand that policies exist, but I also believe customer service and communication matter, especially when a guest has taken the extra step to purchase protection for their reservation. At this point, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to accommodate a legitimate situation has left a very negative impression. I would encourage anyone considering booking here to carefully review the cancellation and protection policies before making a reservation.

The bed and the pillows were not good . The room was clean , and the staff were great .

It was clean and hot tub and swimming pool were great... We thought it was breakfast included and it wasnt.
