DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas - DFW Airport North

Larry at the front desk was great. Room was clean and fine for a quick overnight stay from the airport. Food/ lounge was absolutely horrible. Half the menu was unavailable after we ordered, nothing fresh, table of 4 ppl and pretty much everything was cafeteria style frozen breaded chicken with straight franks red hot dumped over it. Don't like to complain. But restaurant prices for garbage food, fast food at the airport would have been better. Hilton can do better

Room was nice Larry checked us in and was great.

Just spent the night before an early morning flight, but desk people were excellent!

Although my day was very quick, the staff was very respectful and attended to all of my needs the shuttle was perfect, and the driver was very respectful. My room was clean and up to my standards. I was able to find a parking spot very easily and the cookies were delicious and warm. I have no complaints about this property and I will be staying here again for my short stays

Pool is full of green algae. Looks awful

The air-conditioned didnt work well. It was hot. And humid in the room.

Excellent service

I never stayed at a hotel where breakfast wasn’t free. Other than it was a good stay.

Don’t go in expecting wats pictured

The rooms smell like they had been flooded. Breakfast was not free. Just so happened, the hotel clerk gave us free vouchers, but explained that breakfast was not free. Parking was nice and inconvenient. Housekeeping only the cleaned the room one day. The clerk who checked us in did not explain that any items purchased would be charged to the room. I went down and gave him $10 for 2 drinks. But he still charged them to the room. And kept the money. I had to go back the next day and clear the matter up. They did take the charges off of the 2 rooms, 131 and 134.

Not-so-great service at the DoubleTree.

Ridiculous to have to pay $12 just to park for 12 hours at the hotel you’ve already paid to stay at. And there wasn’t even enough parking spots so people were parking on the sidewalk.

Walked in and the hotel was noticeably warm inside. Got up to our room and found the ac was hardly working (set on 64, was 72 in the room). Decided we’d just go down to the pool and hangout instead of being in the room. Walked out to the pool and it was “closed for maintenance” although it looked like it’d been closed for a while. Only decent thing about the stay was the bar and even the was only ok because the service was very slow.

Pretty good and convinenace place

It is a great location. Love the cookies. The shuttle helps so much how beer we had 2 issues with our room. One room had NO hot water. It was barely like warm and it felt so moisture in the room. The sheets were damp. Then we got moved to a new room, hot water which we were happy about but the tub was barely draining.

Overall, stay was fine and employees are nice but stay was not great.

Rude front desk attendant, parking lot is questionable and trashy, AC was so loud. They did allow late checkout sense I checked in at midnight
