Best Western Jacksonville near Little Rock Air Force Base

Exceptional

I located roaches in my room about 4 am. Called the front desk several times with no response! When I checked out I informed of the roaches n all I got was oh here is your id!! I’m not confrontational so I just walked out!! Never again!!!

Very quiet area , within walking distance to a very good mexi restaurant and also quite a few good restaurants in the general area.

Great budget stay!

The lobby was cute. The manager was nice The lock to my room wasn't working and the top metal lock looked like it had beat in and the screws weren't even in the wall. I had to put a big table in front of the door to feel safe. The cold water in the sink didn't work and the water pressure was bad. My rooms air-conditioning was not on so when I got in the room it was as hot as outside which was 100°. Room never got very cool.

It was quiet and close to stores

Amazing stay

Very poor

Clean and easy to stay here. Highly recommended

First, they require a $50 deposit when I got there for a reservation that was made online with Expedia. The room was clean but smelt very bad. The restroom was poorly maintained and smelled funny.

Disappointing

Clean and well maintained. Front desk was nice. Would definitely stay again.

I only spent about 8 hours here but when I got there at 11:30pm I got my key, went to my room, and they keypad battery was dead. Had to have the staff open it with a physical key rather than the card. Not a big deal, keypads die. After that situation I entered my room to find the A/C had been off to conserve electricity but it was close to 90° in the room. I would've liked to have went to sleep right away after driving for 10 hours but it took nearly 2 hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Disappointing

Good price. Location near 2 great restaurants. We've stayed 3 other times and have noticed that the rooms are not as clean as they once were.

Check in and check out were easy Was told could not get back a week's worth of stay after informing them of early departure.
