Very good people I love coming to yall hotel

I arrived a little before 11pm and there was no on available to check me in to get my room I booked after driving 4hrs

Awful room. None of the outlets worked. TV not working. Shower not clean. Mattress awful. Avoid. Avoid

Nothing Filthy. Tried 4 rooms - all unfit for sleeping in. Disgusting. Roaches, filthy bedding, horrible smells, broken lights. Left without rest.

We reserved a handicap / wheelchair ♿️ accessible room. This is the second time that we have reserved the same type room and we're told (very batem) "we don't reserve those rooms. They are first come first serve " They, both times offered us a room upstairs, first. Even though they were told from the beginning that my wife is in a wheelchair. Then we were put in a room that we were TOLD was a handicap room. However, it was not. We stay at this property several times a month, however WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Well first off the room didn't have a comforter and the TV didn't work and no remote and then there was mold in the shower. The ice machine in the lobby didn't work. There was homeless people all over the place. It was just not a good experience for my time in florida. The smoke detector was not even on the wall it was in a shelf under the tv. The sheets had stains on them. There was mold in the door and the door was getting stuck and hard to even open the door wouldn't lock. The shower curtain had mold on it. The microwave had left over food in it. The phone didn't even have a phone cord so couldn't even use it if I needed to. The place was over all horrible. Regret even staying there.

There was no breakfast offered there The fact that the room smelled like wet dog and a musty smell and that we had no covers and the bed had bedbugs

Roaches!!!!!!!!!!! If you're okay with bringing home a roast infestation this is your place. After only one night our bags were riddled with unwelcome and unseen hitchhikers that have now made our home which was previously Roach free into a literal infestation!! small roaches, ones with egg sacks they're EVERYWHERE

Mold drug activity cops in parking lot no blankets just a sheet rooms smelled horrible

Stayed 8 nights and didn't get the towels or sheets changed not one time. Had to walk across the street to dollar tree to buy toilet paper. The T.V didnt work. Microwave barely worked. Had to heat a cup of noodles for almost 10 minutes to cook(yes i made sure it was on high power). Every time i asked the staff for anything they were rude and act like Im bothering them. Then would say they were gonna take care of it but never did. Only good thing was there were restaurants and stores right across the street. Wish i could give it zero stars

I don’t like how I have to have the staff knock on my door every single time I check in and threaten to evict us and call the police, so then I go down to the desk office and I gave Kenisha my reservation number and she can’t find it so I let her hold my phone she finally found it and then ask me to pay after I showed her I already paid, yall have to do better !!! And don’t be so rude to us I have money and you lucky I’m staying at this drug infested place!!!

Didn't have ice machine

Hotel was in bad shape in every aspect possible. Room and bathroom were dirty. I don’t know for the rest of the hotel but my room was a mess
