Very pleasant stay. Very clean and a very helpful staff. Valet was amazing! And the food at The Exchange (hotel restaurant) was simply great!

Property was very clean, and staff very helpful. They provide an excellent Continental breakfast, but unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy it one morning as the next morning it was unavailable. That was very disappointing.

Security was good , the area was clean and they provided amenities as requested . The fact that I had to pay extra charge for parking , waiting time for your car to be parked was so long , also had to pay for breakfast, was so shocked that with all that price all these things were not included .

Clean, good location and the restaurant inside was very convenient after working half day then drive 4 hours. The parking situation wasn’t ideal especially if you are in a bigger vehicle/truck but we made do. All garages are 6’10” so we had to park in a lot for the night.

This is a very good hotel in a convenient location for both Jersey City and NYC via the Path train. Great views.
