Good location, clean room, friendly staff Nothing

Property is clean didn’t see any bugs in my 2 day stay, bar area open late, didn’t pay for neither did i ever see anyone eating the breakfast they charge for, coffee pot was broken which I brought to their attention on first morning & was told they would let maintenance know however no one ever came during my stay to check it out or replace so both days i had to hang out in lobby and have my coffee rather than stay relaxed in my room. Room was very noisy come early morning as you could hear people on speaker phone in hallway, doors slamming, construction/ac guys on roof outside were drilling & banging on walls 6-7am. It is within walking distance to such places as ihop, panda express, dollar store, Ollie's, small grocer, liquor store, 2 gas stations. So if not an early morning person this hotel probably wouldn’t be the place for you otherwise for few nights stay, good place to lay your head.

This Holiday Inn was great overall! The room and lobby were clean and comfortable. Stayed here for 5 nights and given the price we were very satisfied! Mostly helpful staff and there is a restaurant and full bar in the lobby which is convenient. Pool looked nice but it was closed for the season. It was centrally located for everything we had planned in DC, Baltimore and Columbia! I would stay here again if we are in the area!

The room was nice. The staff were great. I didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather but it looks old. It could use a little upgrade

Room was cleaned everyday , friendly staff , missed my flight and they gave me a late check out to get my self sorted out even a free breakfast, and directed to on how about getting home

Loved my stay here will definitely go back. Has a great amount of self parking. It as a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Loved the system they had in place with house keeping.

We were finally put in a different room on a different floor, which was better - I'd like to thank Mr. Franklin Goodridge for assisting us with this solution.

I liked the room but it was a hot day in summer The environment outside was chaos that day and checking in was lengthy and tvs were old and no easy options to hook up my firestick device

The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Was able to control the temperature in the room. Easy access to dining venues.

Location is ideal for work and checkout is at 12 pm We stayed on a night where there was a huge influx of people. It was really crowded and music was playing until the wee hours of the morning. Outside of that everything was great.
